About The Role

This position is part of our Employee Experience Team, dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to do their best work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the workplace experience for our team, ensuring smooth office operations, executing engagement initiatives, and driving employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and a conducive work atmosphere.
  • Steward facility resources, including F&B services, office interiors, and space utilisation, maintaining our standard.
  • Monitor budget expenditures with a keen eye on maximising value.
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely services and quality deliverables.
  • Periodically assess and ensure the upkeep of the office environment to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Champion the onboarding process for new hires, functioning as the nexus between hiring managers, HR, and the new employee.
  • Coordinate orientation logistics and facilitate the distribution of welcome items.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee ID administration process, ensuring secure access and timely updates.
  • Streamline the inventory and quality check of ID.
  • Spearhead local HR initiatives, including but not limited to employee engagement drives, recognition programs, and tailor-made projects.
  • Extend guidance and mentorship to managers on fostering an environment conducive to employee well-being and satisfaction.
  • Dive deep into data, extracting insights that can guide strategic decisions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, ensuring we remain a paragon of best practices in employee experience.
  • Lead the insurance renewal processes for local operations, encompassing both medical and office insurance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on employee experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and execute initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
