We are seeking a dynamic Reservations Executive to join our organization.

Job Overview
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel reservations and front office management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • This role involves creating business from existing customer accounts by sending new offer updates and packages, as well as maintaining the Central Reservation System and updating customer records.
  • You will be responsible for developing OTA marketing and promotion plans, identifying new revenue generation opportunities, and understanding the overall market including competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle Inbound / Outbound client calls and convert inquiries into bookings to meet revenue targets
  • Create business from existing customer accounts by sending new offer updates and packages
  • Maintain Central Reservation System, create reservations, and update customer records
  • Develop OTA marketing and promotion plans
  • Identify new revenue generation opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals
  • Understand the overall market, including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and know how to sell against them
  • Participate on social media travel groups for generating leads and reaching out to prospective customers
  • Schedule client visits and coordinate site visits
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in front office or reservations department (hotels)
  • Excellent communication skills, English is required
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel

Besides excellent communication skills, you must also possess good time management skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail. This position requires an organized individual who can prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
