Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned revenue management professional to spearhead strategy, enhance processes, and drive top-line performance across diverse hotels and resorts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage market insights, demand patterns, and competitor analysis to craft dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Optimize channel distribution (OTAs, CRS, GDS, brand.com) to achieve an optimal business mix.
  • Promote accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring for owners and leadership.
  • Collaborate with property managers, operations, and marketing teams to synchronize revenue and commercial strategies.
  • Support pre-opening hotels with positioning, pricing models, and launch plans.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for revenue and asset management.
  • Mentor property-level executives and enhance internal commercial capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
  • A proven track record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
  • In-depth knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • A confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property managers.
  • Ability to work effectively in both entrepreneurial white-label models and structured asset management environments.
