Global Education Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Global Education Sales Manager to join our team at Emeritus. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing lead pipelines of multi-discipline education programs from globally renowned B-Schools. This includes providing in-depth information to interested executives, ensuring real-time updates on CRM software, and guiding customers through program milestones.
The ideal candidate will have proven inside sales/consultative Edtech experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com. You will also be able to manage and prioritize multiple programs, demonstrate flawless follow-up skills, and possess a positive attitude and pleasant phone manners.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from globally renowned B-Schools such as Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD, MIT Sloan, Berkeley, Kellogg, Cambridge-Judge & Harvard
- Provide in-depth and customized information to interested executives who enquire on comprehensive leadership development programs through phone and email
- Ensure that details pertaining to lead discussions are updated real-time on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Guide and follow-up on program milestones, documentation, timelines and payments with customers
- Develop best practices for interaction with customers including standard FAQs to ensure that we are capturing value and ensuring the appropriate programs are recommended
- Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management
- Proven inside sales/consultative Edtech experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition/Sales targets
- Excellent verbal, written communication, listening and data analysis skills
- Strong phone/video call presence
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs
- Flawless follow-up skills to ensure that leads move to closure
- Ability to be pleasantly persistent with customers

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
