Business Development Leader

The primary focus of this senior leadership position is to create and execute strategic plans that enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • At least 14 years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process with a deep understanding of metrics and calculations.
  • Must be currently serving as an Associate Director or have held a Senior Manager position for at least two years.
  • Proven ability to lead teams of 150+ individuals.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including organizing and managing human resources to achieve goals.
