Job Description

We are seeking a Transformation Strategist to support our Business Management activities and strategic initiatives.

  • Create reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for senior management and executives.
  • Develop business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
  • Prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings including Risk & Compliance, quarterly performance reviews, and Board presentations.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Support preparation of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications.
  2. Reconcile actual internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth & scale.
  3. Develop headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  4. Prepare presentations for quarterly business reviews and ensure business decks are regularly updated for leadership and stakeholder consumption.
  5. Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify and implement opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes.
Qualifications and Skills

A Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is required. 8-10 years of relevant experience in Strategy Consulting, Project Management, Business Management is also necessary.

Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
