Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Financial Strategist to join our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and ensure the accuracy of month-end activities performed by the team, including journal entry review through Blackline.
  • Prepare and analyze balance sheet and profit & loss flux reports in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Review general ledger reconciliations in detail, ensuring all necessary backups are available and well-documented, and provide feedback to team members with required action plans.
  • Handle queries from audit and tax teams as needed.
  • Drive simplification projects to improve financial processes and controls.
  • Provide solutions to multiple stakeholders on ad-hoc and regular queries.
  • Maintain effective communication between the team and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual activities through transformation projects.
  • Cultivate a strong team by coaching and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of work experience in finance controllership or consolidations, inter-company accounting.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and their application.
  • Experience handling reconciliations and month-end close procedures.
  • Transformation project experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders from different global regions.

  • Excellent Excel skills
