Job Title:

Human Resources Business Partner- Quickcommerce


">About the Job:

This role is a vital part of our team, responsible for enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture within our Quick Commerce setup. You will be the primary HR point of contact at the warehouse site, driving initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

You will manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations, handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution, and oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations
  2. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
  3. Oversight of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff
  4. E nsure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  5. Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports
  6. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices

Requirements:

This role requires proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce, strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels, proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication, sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance, flexibility to work in rotational shifts, and travel across warehouse locations.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools is essential.
