Job Title: Blue-Collar Hiring Lead

 

We seek an experienced professional to spearhead large-scale blue-collar hiring across geographies, ensuring operational efficiency in driving bulk recruitment and enhancing candidate quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive end-to-end blue-collar hiring for high-volume targets with timely onboarding of delivery personnel.
  2. Enhance fill rates using rolling 4-week check mechanisms and maintain optimal candidate pipeline health.
  3. Execute regional hiring drives, job fairs, and collaborate with local channels for sourcing semi-urban/rural talent.
  4. Conduct vendor management and performance evaluations for third-party hiring agencies, building strong relationships and negotiating effective agreements.
  5. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business demands and align recruitment metrics accordingly, driving strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in high-volume recruitment and workforce planning, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of recruiters and mentor team members.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and create actionable insights, driving business growth and improvement.
