Lead Blue-Collar Hiring Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive and manage large-scale blue-collar hiring for our business requirements. This role demands strategic thinking and operational efficiency in driving bulk recruitment, optimizing hiring timelines, improving candidate quality, and strengthening recruitment funnels across geographies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end blue-collar hiring for high-volume targets with precision and accuracy.
  • Maintain and enhance monthly hiring quantity while ensuring saturation of key positions.
  • Implement rolling 4-week check mechanisms to boost fill rates.
  • Promote timely onboarding of delivery personnel from requisition dates.
  • Sustain optimal candidate pipeline health and bench stock for delivery staff.
  • Execute regional hiring drives and job fairs, collaborating with local channels for sourcing.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment channels for outreach expansion.
  • Manage vendor relationships and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Build and lead a team of recruiters, monitoring performance and providing training and mentorship.
