Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead and drive the organization's hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies, managing recruitment teams, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements for both blue-collar and white-collar roles. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to align recruitment practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels (blue-collar, mid-level, and senior positions).
  • Design and implement
    mass hiring strategies
    to meet high-volume manpower requirements.
  • Develop sourcing pipelines through
    job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, campus drives, and local networks
    .
  • Manage recruitment vendors, labor contractors, and external agencies to ensure quality and timely supply of candidates.
  • Oversee recruitment operations including
    screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
    .
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, ensuring effective use of recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and operations teams to forecast workforce requirements.
  • Drive
    employer branding initiatives
    to attract top talent.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with statutory and organizational policies.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters to achieve hiring goals.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in
    blue-collar, mass hiring, and leadership recruitment
    .
  • Strong networking ability with agencies, contractors, training institutes, and job market stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure hiring requirements and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of
    statutory compliances
    (PF, ESIC, CLRA, etc.) related to workforce management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in
    HR, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • 6–10 years of experience
    in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with proven exposure to bulk hiring (aviation, logistics, facility management, or related industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office, HR tools, and ATS systems
    .
