Our company is seeking a skilled Operations Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment and systems within your assigned unit or area.

About the Role:

The Operations Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment including AHU's, ventilation units, utilities such as chillers, air compressors, diesel generators, pumps, cooling towers, and piping systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as building maintenance and minor repairs to laboratory equipment.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure proper documentation completion and compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with teams to resolve breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, tracking spares and consumables, and procuring necessary materials in a timely manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure GMP compliance, meet quality standards, and maintain records and annexures pertaining to SOPs.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to 5S standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with users and team members through daily briefings and information cascading.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvements and energy-saving methods.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reporting as per management requirements.
