Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are operating at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the operation of all equipment and systems in assigned areas
  • Maintain and repair various pieces of equipment, including AHU's, ventilation units, utilities, and pipings
  • Coordinating with vendors for spare parts and consumables
  • Develop and implement schedules for regular maintenance and inspections
  • Monitor and report on the status of ongoing projects
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
