Facilities Operations Supervisor - Soft Services

Job Summary

This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of soft services within facilities operations. As a member of the facilities management team, you will ensure that all housekeeping duties are completed to a high standard, communicate effectively with the housekeeping team, and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure housekeeping muster, deployment, and acknowledge on the register for any penalties/comments for improvement in housekeeping services.
  • Communicate and update the housekeeping duty manager or housekeeping in-charge on TR/VIP visits.
  • Discuss and track housekeeping-related issues with the housekeeping team on priority for the shift.
  • Carry out facility walks to check rest rooms, common areas, and development areas for quality of housekeeping services.
  • Collaborate with the facility manager on monthly vendor performance matrix.
  • Maintain upkeep of Pantry equipment & reprographic equipment at all times.
  • Record actions in the Technical team/HK team log book for next shift person.
  • Lead facility tours and list out necessary actions.
  • Prepare weekly rosters for Helpdesk, Front Office, and Mail Room and communicate in advance to the team.
  • Adhere to policies, processes, and procedures, as well as statutory documents.
  • Meet SLA & KPI as agreed.
  • Cordinate with Engineering team for issues needing their help.
  • Provide daily oversight of the Space Administration Office resolving space-related issues.
  • Evaluate building and space uses determining space allocations and assignments after consultation.
  • Create, coordinate, and facilitate business processes for maintaining accurate space information.
