Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced data science leader to spearhead data-driven initiatives and develop scalable machine learning models.

About the Role:

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Profound proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and productivity.
  • Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), LLM fine-tuning, transformers, and generative AI frameworks, driving cutting-edge innovations.
  • Experience with model operations (MLOps), model deployment, and cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling, tackling complex problems with ease.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 8+ years of experience leading data science projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in designing and developing advanced ML and GenAI models, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
  • Good grasp of the life sciences domain, with a deep appreciation for its intricacies and nuances.
