Job Title: Technical Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our technology and data science operations in India. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of innovation.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic plans, and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth.

  • Manage teams of software engineers, data scientists, and technical staff to deliver clinically relevant, AI-enabled health analytics and risk management solutions.
  • Oversee the development of AI and NLP-based analytics products with a focus on end-user clinical and care management perspectives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Build and maintain internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing internal resources across geographies and time zones.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience with product maintenance and operation.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing, data processing, and data science.
  • Excellent team building, leadership, and communication skills in English and Hindi.
