Senior Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned, visionary engineering leader to spearhead the development and growth of our Bangalore team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the performance and professional development of a large team of engineers and managers.
  • Own critical components of our products, driving design, architecture, and coding excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in shaping our long-term technology strategy.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor for engineers and managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 12+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on technical management experience.
  • 5+ years of software design and coding expertise in Java, C++, or similar languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in building and leading small to medium-sized teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering production-grade systems.
  • A proven track record of successfully shipping large-scale projects with cross-functional dependencies.
