Job Overview:

Sr. Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our media analytics efforts. This individual will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and driving data-backed recommendations to optimize media investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop advanced analytics models to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and solve complex media optimization problems to evaluate proposed solutions.
  • Partner with domain leads and stakeholders to clearly understand business requirements; design and develop analytical solutions to drive performance improvement.

Requirements:

  • 7–8 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics with expertise in media measurement, marketing effectiveness, and performance optimization.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or other related fields with emphasis on quantitative methods and solutions.
  • Experience in developing advanced analytics models such as Customer Lifetime Value, NLP, Look-Alike models, and Anomaly Detection.

Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate and partner across diverse global multi-functional teams.
