Senior Data Science Expert

We are seeking an experienced senior data science expert to lead our data science team and drive business insights from raw data.

  • Manage the data science team, plan projects, and build analytics models to solve complex business problems.
  • Identify, develop, and implement statistical techniques, algorithms, and deep learning/ML models to create new, scalable solutions addressing industry challenges.
  • Define, develop, maintain, and evolve data models, tools, and capabilities to support business growth.
  • Communicate findings to diverse stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis, with experience in leading data science teams and developing predictive models. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in math, computer science, information systems, machine learning, statistics, or related technical degrees.
  • 6+ years of total experience with at least 3 years of experience in a related position as a data scientist or business analyst.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Programming background and expertise in building models using languages such as Python, R, C, C++.
  • Strong individual planning and project management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and deploying predictive models in production environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and big data technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
