Senior Project Architect Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Architect to lead our architectural projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project delivery, overseeing design teams, and ensuring timely completion.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project oversight, organisation, and client coordination. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality results that meet our global standards.

Key responsibilities include leading design teams, coordinating client meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining project design programmes. You will also communicate resource needs to stakeholders, create financial reports, and manage project-related data in our internal software.

Maintaining quality control systems, monitoring financial performance, and reporting back to relevant parties are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, you will lead contract administration processes, ensure client compliance, and promote company values within your team.

In this position, you will be expected to lead, motivate, support, and manage a team of professionals. This includes mentoring, encouraging, and contributing to individual career development, inspiring, and promoting company values.

You will also participate in recruitment and employee inductions, undertake employee reviews, and support training and development initiatives. Ensuring team safety and well-being is essential, as is demonstrating emotional intelligence, empathy, and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent), be a registered architect in India, and possess 8-12 years of experience in architectural leadership roles. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software is required. Experience in large-scale projects across sectors like Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics is highly valued.

Additionally, strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance is essential. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are necessary, as is the ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with global colleagues.

Possession of a passport and willingness to travel to UK/Europe as required are additional requirements.
