Insurance Portfolio Leader - Large Scale Transformation Expertise Required

  • Seeking an accomplished Insurance Operations Leader at the Vice President level to oversee large-scale, multi-client operations. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in Insurance and/or BFSI, with a strong track record of operational leadership, client engagement, and transformation delivery across global markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 15+ years in Insurance (P&C preferred), BFSI, or related domains, with senior leadership experience.
  • Global Exposure: Experience with US/NA clients; understanding of regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-scale delivery organizations (1500+ FTEs).
  • Transformation: Hands-on with automation, tech-led transformation, and process reengineering.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong P&L management and budget oversight experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence and experience managing multiple client and internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of compliance, quality, and governance best practices.
