Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Key Account Manager to lead our business growth in designated regions across India within modern trade.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key modern trade accounts, driving sales, and building strong relationships. This includes end-to-end account handling, closure, and execution of TOTs, negotiations, and on-boarding of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management
  • Product Availability in Modern Trade Accounts
  • Developing and Implementing Modern Trade Strategies Aligned with Sales Objectives
  • Negotiation, Pricing, and TOTs for Long-Term Business
  • Implementation and Tracking of KPIs at Store Level
  • Distributor Management, ROI Analysis, and Building Strong Relationships with Modern Trade Channels
  • Secondary Claim Management and Participation in Festivals to Enhance Brand Visibility and Revenue Generation
  • Growth Management, Quarterly/Monthly Sales Progression, NPD Development, and Timely Launch Execution
  • Confidentiality, CFA Management, Sales Operations, Competition Benchmarking, Spend Management, and Trade Load Planning
  • Sales Return Management, Team Management, Creating a Healthy Work Environment, and Tracking Expenses and Cost-Effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Sales and Distribution (MT) in FMCG Industry
  • In-Depth Business Knowledge, Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Ability to Work Effectively with Cross-Functional Teams
