Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our organization's quality strategy across all construction and infrastructure projects.

This strategic leadership role demands a deep understanding of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of embedding a culture of quality throughout the organization and aligning quality initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management Strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Establish and maintain quality governance frameworks, policies, and SOPs across all business units.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on quality-related matters.

Operational Excellence:

  • Lead QA/QC operations across all project phases from design and procurement to execution and handover.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory norms.
  • Define and monitor quality KPIs for internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Conduct internal audits, facilitate third-party inspections, and ensure timely non-conformance reporting.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality deviations.
  • Maintain robust documentation and traceability for all quality processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers, and regulatory bodies to ensure quality benchmarks are met.
  • Drive vendor development and qualification processes based on quality performance.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Develop and present quality dashboards, trend analyses, and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
