
Senior Business Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning and execution. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets, identifying and targeting new customers in the manufacturing industry, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including technical aspects, to effectively advise and sell to clients.
- Negotiating terms of sales agreements, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients to maximize profitability.
- Conducting market analysis to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competition.
- Regularly reporting on sales activities, results, and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
- A professional degree in a relevant field such as business administration or marketing.
- 6-12 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
