Executive Leadership Position:

We are seeking an accomplished business leader to oversee the revenue growth strategy for a leading company. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of market research, pricing, and go-to-market planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for both domestic and international markets.
  • Identify high-value target segments, customer personas, and profitable outreach channels across various regions.
  • Design and conduct pricing and packaging experiments to optimize conversion rates and revenue.
  • Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team (sales, pre-sales, SDRs, partners).
  • Create sales playbooks, pitch materials, objection handling, and demo flows.
  • Own the CRM pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor research, market analysis, and opportunity mapping.
  • Track key funnel metrics and performance indicators like CAC, LTV, payback, win rate, and churn.
  • Present insights that inform product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and campaign investments.
  • Utilize tools like automation scripts to streamline GTM workflows.
  • Build dashboards and reporting flows using data analytics platforms.
  • Set up lead enrichment, outreach workflows, and follow-up automation to enhance operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on SEO, demand-gen campaigns, and retargeting funnels.
  • Work with founders and the engineering team to translate market feedback into product development inputs.
  • Represent the customer voice in pricing, onboarding, and packaging discussions.
