Seeking an experienced ITSM ServiceNow Technical Specialist to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions enhancing IT service management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and development: Configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows tailored to meet business requirements.
  • Implementation: Deploy and support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management.
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other tools.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze data from ITSM tools and suggest improvements.

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for creating effective ServiceNow solutions to improve IT service delivery and user experience.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in ITSM and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules and configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
