ITSM Tool Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) tool architect to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT service management platform.

This role requires a strong technical background in ITSM tools, including experience with Cherwell ITSM, ServiceNow FSM, and other related systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ITSM solutions that meet business needs and support organizational goals
  • Configure and customize ITSM applications to support business processes and functionality
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather input and provide solutions for ongoing business needs
  • Participate in discussions with business analysts and designers to refine requirements and develop functional design documents
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in ITSM
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Cherwell ITSM, ServiceNow FSM, and other related systems
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
