Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes. This will involve customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and translating them into technical solutions.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports, as well as implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript(Classic UI and Workspace), Glide, and Jelly.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer.
  • Good Experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces.
  • Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

Certifications - CIS - ITSM and CIS - R&C Certification
