Technical Support Associate

We are currently hiring for Technical Support Representative positions at CIK Telecom Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service and support to end-users using voice call distribution technology.
- Interact with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and process requests.
- Gather customer information, diagnose issues, and resolve technical problems involving internet connectivity, VOIP, and basic troubleshooting.
- Stay up-to-date with system information, changes, and updates to ensure seamless customer support.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Networking.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, speak, and write English fluently.
- Ability to empathize with customers and troubleshoot issues professionally.
- Familiarity with DSL technology, modem/router connections, and basic DOS commands for network troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts and adapt to new technologies.
