Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Associate - Voice to join our team at CIK Telecom Inc. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch service and support to end-users using automated call distribution phone software.
- Interact with customers to gather information, diagnose issues, and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, including VOIP, DSL, VDSL, cable internet, and network troubleshooting.
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Networking.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of networking, VOIP, and internet connectivity.
