Job Summary

The Financial Operations Manager will oversee the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and Controllers
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Manage bank payments and receipts, and optimize working capital and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Lead the implementation of ERP systems and reporting tools
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns and manage tax audits and assessments
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth

Requirements

  • Semi-Qualified CA, CMA or CS qualification
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP) and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
