Job Title: Manager - Knowledge Transfer & Management

Adecco is hiring a professional to lead and manage end-to-end knowledge transfer and functional process training. The role will focus on upskilling and transition support across various platforms, ensuring effective dissemination of critical process knowledge.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive roadmap for knowledge transfer and management.
  • Develop and maintain training content, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires, upskilling, and process changes.
  • Establish a structured review cycle to keep training materials aligned with system updates.
  • Promote a culture of compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in Shared Services Organizations, with 3+ years in training or learning development roles. They must have exceptional understanding of critical success factors for GBS and familiarity with compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls. Strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials, MSD, and Invevo platforms is required. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is also necessary.

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Training (Finance/Accounts is a plus)
  • CPTM/ATD Certification
  • Experience working in shared services, global finance operations, or transformation environments is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English

Please note that certification like Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate/Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP FICO/HR systems is desirable but not essential. Coaching experience is also a plus.
