Key Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team as a Specialist in Observability.

  • Administer and maintain system performance, monitoring, and notification technologies
  • Ensure Infrastructure and Application monitoring systems are running efficiently
  • Develop and implement automation tools using scripting languages like Python and Ansible
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master s degree and 4 to 6 years of IT experience or equivalent OR Bachelor s degree and 6 to 8 years of IT experience or equivalent OR Diploma and 10 to 12 years of IT experience
  • Advanced knowledge of monitoring and notification technologies, observability concepts, and containerization
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, open telemetry, and integrations
  • Hands-on expertise in scripting and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform
  • Good understanding of networking, storage integration, and infrastructure services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Specialist Certification from Dynatrace
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
