Key Senior Manager - Train Electrical Systems

We are seeking a skilled Key Senior Manager to lead our Train Electrical Systems team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of electrical schematics and harness routing engineering outputs, in compliance with QCD commitments.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy Train Design development procedures.
  • Organize and lead work package reviews for projects.
  • Estimate efforts required and prepare techno commercial proposals.
  • Interact with customers and provide technical solutions.
  • Manage Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan.
  • Contribute to train/vehicle Electrical architecture taking into account design requirements and global standards constraints.
  • Organize Design / Verification reviews and provide associated reports.
  • Manage Technical Solution, Gaps on application part and Product part in accordance with domain.
  • Define and monitor conformity to train Electrical Sub-Systems deliveries and other providers with project needs.
  • Conduct self and team's internal quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency all across deliveries.
  • Technically lead projects, direct & guide team members and interface with internal stake holders and customer leadership teams to realize project Q, C and D.
