Job Title: MEP Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the installation of MEP systems in commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
  • System Calculations and Analysis: Perform calculations for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, plumbing systems, etc. Conduct energy modeling and analysis to optimize system efficiency and performance.
  • Drafting and Documentation: Use AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software to create detailed drawings and schematics. Prepare technical specifications and schedules for equipment and materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical/ECE or other relevant engineering graduates.
  • Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in MEP design or a related field. Experience with HVAC design, electrical systems, plumbing systems, Fire fighting, ELV like CCTV, access control, data / Network and building codes/regulations is essential.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
