We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Systems Lead to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing all plumbing systems for new and refurbishment projects. This includes the design of commercial office building and campus plumbing and firefighting systems, as well as rainwater harvesting and storm water management systems.

In addition, the Plumbing Systems Lead will be responsible for designing and executing sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, fire hydrant systems, fire sprinkler systems, and fire tender roads. They will also be responsible for reviewing and optimizing designs, bills of quantity, and specifications for all works.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in the design and management of large-scale plumbing systems. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage all plumbing systems for new and refurbishment projects
  • Design and execute rainwater harvesting and storm water management systems
  • Review and optimize designs, bills of quantity, and specifications for all works
  • Manage execution with vendor partners for successful and timely completion of projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • 6-10 years of experience in plumbing system design and management
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
