Job Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional with expertise in plumbing systems design, fire systems design, and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design management for all plumbing systems for new and refurbishment projects
  • Plumbing & firefighting system design for commercial office buildings and campuses
  • Design and execution of rainwater harvesting systems, storm water management systems at building and campus level
  • Design and execution of sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, fire hydrant systems, fire sprinkler system, fire tender roads, fire pump room, etc. for large building & campuses
  • Review and optimization of design, BOQ, specifications for all works
  • Upgrade standards and specifications from time to time to remain relevant and in line with code requirements
  • Technical and commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation
  • Manage execution with help of vendor partners for successful and timely completion of the projects
  • Manage the complete life cycle from design to commissioning independently
  • Identifying opportunities for retrofits/improvements in campus in line with organization's set standards
  • Oversee operations quality and drive operations excellence
  • Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses
  • Manage other infrastructure related works
