Senior IT Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Technical Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects from initiation to delivery. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as developing and implementing project plans and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project management frameworks and tools to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
  • Ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication and continuous learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in an IT or software development environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
  • Strong foundation in IT infrastructure and architecture, including networking concepts, security protocols, and database management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make sound decisions under pressure.
