Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a talented group of engineers and project leads to achieve exceptional performance, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Strategically plan resource allocation, team structures, and talent development to ensure scalable delivery capabilities.

Senior-Level Project Delivery:
  • Translate complex requirements into comprehensive project roadmaps and execution plans that meet critical deadlines and quality standards.
  • Oversee multiple projects, coordinating internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality releases.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies with senior stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Quality Assurance & Release Management:
  • Establish and uphold rigorous quality controls to ensure functionality, data integrity, performance, and user acceptance criteria are met.
  • Collaborate with QA resources to align on testing strategies, automation frameworks, and release protocols that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement in release readiness processes and performance metrics through data-driven decision making.
Technical Innovation & Problem-Solving:
  • Empower the team to tackle complex challenges by providing in-depth technical guidance and expertise.
  • Collaborate with R&D to integrate new product features seamlessly, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum adoption.
  • Champion the introduction and application of cutting-edge tools to automate, optimize, and simplify implementation workflows.
Process Optimization & Automation:
  • Identify and implement strategic improvements to reduce manual effort, boost delivery speed, and increase overall efficiency.
  • Promote documentation, best practices, and standardized procedures to drive consistency and scalability across the organization.
  • Utilize metrics, analytics, and user feedback to iterate on processes and evolve best-in-class delivery practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in software delivery, implementation, or technical program/project management, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.
Technical Expertise:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in software configuration, integration APIs, data pipelines, debugging, and system performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience tackling complex technical issues at both application and data levels with a focus on problem-solving and innovation.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks, DevOps practices, and emerging technologies that drive efficiency and scalability.
Leadership & Communication:
  • Strong background in leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams to achieve exceptional results and growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively guide cross-functional groups toward common goals.
  • Ability to manage change in a dynamic environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Domain Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of the energy or utilities sector is beneficial but not required; adaptability to evolving industry trends and new technologies is essential.
