Technical Delivery Lead

SAP ABAP Practice Lead / Senior Technical Manager required for a leading global systems integrator. This senior role involves technical delivery, practice growth, and collaboration with internal teams.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage technical delivery across SAP ABAP and S/4HANA projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
  • Support practice growth through involvement in hiring plans, technical interviews, and onboarding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, recruitment, accounts) to align delivery goals with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive employee engagement and retention through mentoring, motivation, and career pathing.
  2. Participate in building reusable tools and accelerators for SAP S/4HANA migration (Brownfield/Greenfield).
  3. Engage in presales activities including technical deck preparation and client presentations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Core ABAP, RICEF, CDS Views, OData, Fiori/UI5, and S/4HANA.
  • Exposure to SAP BTP, Clean Core architecture, and side-by-side extensions.
  • Experience in resource planning, task allocation, and team mentoring.
  • Familiarity with SAP Joule and its role in intelligent automation.
