Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both agile methodologies and technical development lifecycles, with the ability to bridge the gap between business, design, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and status reporting.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams (Developers, lead, QA, Design) and external vendors/agencies.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews for Agile teams.
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Enforce process compliance across delivery pipelines (JIRA, Veeva).
  • Support scoping and estimation for new opportunities and RFPs.
  • Mentor junior project managers and project coordinators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a digital, IT, or pharma-focused organization.
  • Proven experience managing web, mobile, CRM, or cloud-based platform projects (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager).
