At the forefront of finance excellence, we seek a Chartered Accountant to lead our accounting standards and statutory audits.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable audit firm or a large corporate finance environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in accounting standards, experience in financial statement preparation under Ind AS, and demonstrated ability to manage statutory audits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and finalizing standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS and/or IFRS.
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining accounting manuals, guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Liaising with statutory auditors to coordinate and successfully complete audit processes and address key issues.
  • Acting as the SAP BPC, FICO & MM module finance lead – managing day-to-day transactional accounting, system enhancements, and internal controls.
  • Reviewing and validating monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Providing financial analysis, reports, and insights to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in a reputable audit firm or a large corporate finance environment is essential.
  • A thorough understanding and practical application of Ind AS and other relevant accounting standards.

The required skills include:

  • Expert knowledge of SAP – FICO & MM modules.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., financial modeling, pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).
  • A strong command over written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
