Proposal Specialist

We seek a skilled professional to provide proposals support and independently manage production of high-quality RFP responses.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office, with opportunities for remote work.

Job Description:
  • The purpose of this role is to deliver proposals that meet client requirements and showcase our company's expertise.
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing RFPs and other client materials, creating proposal templates, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring timely completion of proposals with expected quality parameters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing draft independently for stakeholders, delivering high-value drafts, and understanding the RFP life cycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
