The Accreditation Officer/Lead position is crucial in overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of accreditation strategies across various programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements comprehensive accreditation plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain institutional reputation.
  • Stays abreast of emerging trends, policies, and regulations related to accreditation to provide strategic guidance to senior management and faculty members.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in relevant field with minimum 5 years experience in higher education administration, quality assurance, or accreditation roles.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with excellent verbal written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects priorities efficiently while ensuring accurate reporting compliance.

The successful candidate will have deep understanding of accreditation standards procedures requirements. They must possess excellent interpersonal negotiation conflict resolution skills to foster collaboration between stakeholders drive results-oriented outcomes.
