Senior Academic Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned academic leader to oversee the delivery of our academic operations.

The successful candidate will ensure efficient coordination, quality delivery, and effective resolution of operational challenges to provide an exceptional learning experience for students.

  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time by coordinators and Relationship Managers.
  • Monitor homework distribution and address gaps in the process.
  • Track tests conducted and update test sheets promptly and accurately.
  1. Data Management and Coordination:
  • Maintain and update the academic student database.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to complete trial sheets and send fee messages.
  • Maintain a clear overview of students, teachers, and classes for seamless operations.
  1. Stakeholder Interaction:
  • Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by coordinators or RMs.
  • Communicate with teachers and parents to address concerns or provide updates.
  1. Resource Management:
  • Share resource materials with teachers and students.
  • Search for and procure books or materials that align with student needs.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Work closely with teachers to maintain academic standards.
  • Monitor the overall academic experience to ensure a productive and enjoyable learning journey.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in academic management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective coordination.
  • A proactive problem solver who can handle challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with educational resources and teaching methodologies is a plus.
