Strategic Partnerships Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead government partnerships in India. This role will focus on fostering strategic alliances with key government stakeholders, identifying policy synergies, and driving product adoption across public education systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pursue collaborations with Central and State Government bodies across K-12, Higher Education, and ITI segments.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of existing and upcoming government education policies to ensure alignment with Adobe's products and education initiatives.
  • Engage with senior government officials including Commissioners, Principal Secretaries, and other decision-makers to communicate the value proposition of our products.
  • Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for engagement and impact, driving product adoption efforts.
  • Foster stakeholder capacity building through targeted training programs, regular cadence calls, and field visits.
  • Deliver executive-level reports to internal stakeholders and progress updates to senior government officials.
  • Compile insights from stakeholder engagements to inform product roadmap and future iterations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in government relations, education policy, or public sector partnerships; prior experience in EdTech or SaaS is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of India's education policy landscape and government functioning.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and program execution in public sector environments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker able to translate policy into actionable partnership opportunities.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
