**Job Title:** Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at WorkQuest India. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with our business objectives and target audience. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts. Develop brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity. Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all communications.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other channels.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI. Track expenses, analyze cost-effectiveness, and report on marketing spend.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track marketing metrics and performance indicators. Generate regular reports on key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
