Marketing Manager Job Overview

Son and Soni is a dynamic company that specializes in law firm and Innovations. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to coordinate with external digital marketing agencies, strategize marketing initiatives, and collaborate closely with our Sales team.

This role is integral to our success and involves planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating with digital marketing agencies to enhance our social media presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Coordination:

  • Liaise with external digital marketing agencies to develop and execute social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing goals.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage content calendars for social media and other digital platforms.

Lead Management:

  • Coordinate with the Sales team to understand lead requirements and ensure timely handover of qualified leads.
  • Communicate with leads via email and provide necessary information to convert leads into customers.
  • Track and report on lead progress and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
