Accounting Expert Wanted

We seek a diligent Accounting Expert to oversee client accounting projects and software migrations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and data migration, with exceptional communication and analytical skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monthly financial account closure and reconciliation
  • Vendor bill preparation and timely payment processing
  • Posting monthly and one-time expenses
  • Invoice preparation and submission for approval
  • Preparation of HST data for filing and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Ensuring adherence to accounting principles, standards, and regulations

Software Migration Projects:

  • Develop customized migration strategies tailored to each client's business operations
  • Ensure seamless business operations during live migration processes
  • Guarantee secure and thorough transfer of financial data
  • Perform detailed reconciliation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proficiency in using online accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Zoho Books
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadline
