Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating with internal teams, and participating in audits. A Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and AP invoice booking
  • Coordinate with multiple teams internally for AP and Taxes related activities
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits in timely manner
  • Responsible for monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc.
  • Responsible for employee reimbursement and foreign vendor payment

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
